blobs.... 6 full pulls lefty, several bump-ups and holds for time lefty. dint even try right cuase of thumb webbing tear. got it to full pull on second try, happy with that.
guy i work with who picked it up the first day he seen it, has been struggling with it for the last week or so, then today, was killin it righty. but his grippers still suck HAHAHAHAAAHA

did some sledge stuffs for about 2 hours last nite. light wiehgt, high volume this and that. bent a couple peices of drill rod. tryed to fool with the blob, but it sucked. very dissapointing nite all togher. thumb webbing has torn and kant seem to man up to do anything.
gonna take some grippers tonite, and do some climber curls..
weather turned today, jacket has to be brought back out.

inch trainer--- empty several times, then added 20lbs, 155lbs total, for a couple.
tore a couple decks
bent some hard 60's and some drill rod stock.
all and all, did alot, but didnt intend on it. watched steves dvd and got into it.
the layoff is really showing, my endurance is crap, and im sore alot, but this will pass with time.

It's been a while for me.. Right now i'm rounding up my school and an internship is almost planned for january which will be teaching 5 days a week for 6 months. Yuk! But first i will be off to Bali again, on the 16th of november, for 7 weeks. I'll be teaching there as well, for orphange kids. I'll teach computer classes, and I will work on a community development plan. Next to that, the most important thing is that I'll probably be engaged by the time I come back... Yup!

took inch trainer to work, fooled with it and blob a bit yesterday. i will leave this stuff at work for a couple reasons, one, im there ALOT, o/t ect, second, keeps the crap outta my way here at home. i wont be leavin grippers there tho.
